Wang Xiaolin, MSE, Algorithm Engineer
Wang Xiaolin achieved her Master’s Degree in Software Engineering at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Donghua University in 2023. Her prior research focused on sequence recommendation and graph network recommendation, resulting in a publication in IJCAI 2022. She is currently researching interdisciplinary fields combining biology and deep learning, with a focus on structure and sequence-based algorithms for tasks such as protein sequence design and protein-ligand binding affinity prediction.
